Shipping
We ship to all locations in the United States from this website and provide free economy shipping for orders over $60.
If you are looking for an update on your shipped order, please check your order status or your email notifications for updates.
All orders placed before 2 pm CST on business days are packaged and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2 pm CST on business days, or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
Please note, there may be delays in processing during sales and holiday events.
Order are shipped with the option of Economy or Express.
Economy
Enjoy free economy shipping on orders over $60. For orders under $60, economy shipping is only $8. Once your order has been shipped, transit time is estimated within 3-5 business days to metro areas. Transit times for Hawaii & Alaska are estimated within 5-10 business days to metro areas. Please allow an extra day for non-metro areas across all states.
Express
Need your purchase sooner? Choose Express shipping at checkout for a small fee which will be calculated on the weight of your order. Once your order has been shipped, transit time is estimated within 2 business days to metro areas. Transit times for Hawaii & Alaska are estimated within 2-4 business days to metro areas. Please allow an extra day for non-metro areas across all states.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
For further updates on your delivery, please check your tracking link found in your email or your order status.
Outside of the United States, we also ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Returns
We get it, shopping for spikes to relax on is tricky when you can’t try them first.
You can return your purchase free of charge for a refund or an exchange within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the items returned items are in the same condition as when you received them. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on gift cards, limited edition or clearance (final sale) items.
If you find that your Mat and/or Pillow is too light or too intense after you have used it, provided it is in good condition you may exchange it free of charge within 60 days of receiving your order for a different intensity.
You can request a return for a refund or an exchange online here.
You will need the order number and email address that the items you wish to return were purchased with. If returning a gift, please select the ‘returning a gift’ link on the return request.
Please note, we only offer one exchange per order.
Once your return request has been accepted, please post it to our warehouse.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 5 working days.
If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information as soon as it has been processed.
If you have requested a refund, you will receive an email confirmation as soon as it has been processed. Please note, it may take an additional 1-2 days for the funds to clear through to your original method of payment.
Purchases bought from any of our retailers are not eligible for return directly with Shakti. In the event you are wanting to return a Shakti product that has been purchased through a retailer, please arrange this directly with the store it was purchased from.
