Q. How long does shipping take?

*All rural, non-metro, and PO box addresses please add an extra 1-2 working days when considering your selected time frame - as these delivery addresses may require a service hand-over.

Q. When will my order be sent?

Orders placed before 12:00pm (ET) on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 12:00pm (ET) will be dispatched the following working day. The delivery time frame does not include the day of dispatch. All orders are dispatched from our shipping distribution partner in New Jersey.


Q. How can I track my order?

Tracking links will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched, please check your junk folder if it is not appearing initially. If you're still having trouble accessing your tracking link, please get in touch with our awesome customer support team at contact@shaktimat.com and they'll help you out.
           
Q. Can I return my Shakti?
 
Unhappy with your purchase? No worries! You can return it free of charge for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them.
 
To return your mat, please email our support team and they will sort out a pre-paid return shipping label.
 
Once the item is received and processed at our warehouse, we will refund you the full price of the product within 5 working days.
