This is my second Shakti mat. I recently upgraded from a level 2 mat to a level 3 mat. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to transition to the level 3. I have only used it 3-4 times so far, but other than feeling a bit spikey getting on and off, I found it instantly comfortable once I was on it. I unintentionally fell asleep on it the second time I tried it. Love it.

ok. first time I lay on it with clothes on and was like, um, whats the bid deal. Then I tried it with bare skin and laid the mat on the floor. That was TOO SPICY. Then I tired it on the bed with bare skin and it is rough at first, and then I could feel waves of energy going through my body in a really pleasant way. It kinda reminds me of getting a tattoo. Like at first it is sharp and then if you just relax into it the pain shifts into something else. I like it.

I absolutely love this mat. Recommended by a visiting friend who travels with theirs everywhere. I use this right after my morning walk. I wanted this to release tension and stress and it does it all. It’s relaxing and comfortable. Now, I’m not going to say the first minute is tough, but it’s wonderful soon after. It melts my stress and I’m now going to start using this before bedtime to help with falling asleep.

I first had a sheep mat from Decathlon and didn't feel anything you were talking about in your ads. So I took the leap and bought the real thing level 3! Yes, the first minute is painful but I kept breathing believing it would become better. And it does! I know lay on my mat in my bed before I fall asleep and in the morning I wake up, because it feels so great the feel alive and feel your energy flowing through your body and legs and any tension releasing! I am almost disappointed I didn't go straight away for level '!!
