    This pillow is great! (Be sure to place it properly, down at the top of your shoulders and meeting your mat.) The acupressure will be on your neck and occipitals, feeling wonderful.

    Love love love

    Really like this pillow if I want a deep acupressure I lift my hair if not I lay on my hair .easy to adjust so that the top back of the head doesn’t get spiked you just have to move the pillow down so that it is the right length I would definitely recommend this pillow along with the mat

    Could be a little larger

    This pillow is excellent for targeting trigger points and acupuncture points in the occipital area of the head which are often difficult to reach..The only region it misses is the neck and SCM muscles. A skirt on the lower part to reach this area would be a welcome addition.
