    Skeptic turned into evangelist

    I usually don’t let the ads get me, but what can I say I am a sucker for a Aussie accent. Took the quiz, and went with level 3 and glad I did. I felt the ouch but got the bliss and have been using it daily. Probably will be looking to get the pillow next. I will say the vivid dreams thing is legit, I might quit Netflix and just sleep more because my brain creates way cooler content. Glad I made the purchase and have already recommended it to my friends.

    Amazing for healthcare workers

    Overstimulated from work? Huge work load? Need to decompress fast? Mind won’t shut off?

    This is your answer.

    Just amazing, i started right away with the level three ( which was suggested to me by the shakti questionnaire). It’s very intense for the first 1-2 min, then POOFF. You’re mind just shuts off, stress decreases, anxiety decreases and your invaded by warm and calm sensation.

    Fab relaxation tool

    A friend recommended shakti mat and after reading reviews of copies I went for the real thing, so glad I did. I've been using the mat with the guided audio on the app and am so surprised how relaxing it is considering I'm laying on spikes! I've drifted off a couple of times too. Looking forward to trying for an energy boost too.

    I have the pillow and the level3 mat, I think I possibly should have gone with a level 2 mat. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still struggling to fully lay on it without a top on. I am not giving in because I know it will be worth it in the end. The cheap ones are no comparison at all.

    You get what you pay for, the quality is amazing. It’s a shame that the bright colours aren’t in level 3.

    High Quality

    I was skeptical at first, but this acupressure mat has completely exceeded my expectations. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in back and neck tension. It’s uncomfortable for the first few minutes, but once you relax into it, the warmth and tingling sensation are incredibly soothing. I now use it most days before bed to help me unwind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for natural pain relief or stress reduction! I also find it great to combine with meditation or reading.
