Like this headband but can’t get it on more tightly around my forehead and would like to be able to adjust the pressure to firmer if possible. It also slips off quite easily, so you don’t really get the same benefits as other products like the mat and even the rings. This sadly is the only purchase I regret, u don’t hate it just personally didn’t work for me.

Great weight and size. I have used a lot of wheat sacks for many years, this retains heat really well and also the added weight creates great contact with the body. As with all my deliveries from Shakti was delivered quickly and well packaged.
