Terms & Conditions


All orders in the USA will be shipped with DHL. This is an express Worldwide 1-2 working day delivery service. Please note the delivery time frame begins on the day after we dispatch the item/s, and excludes non-metro areas. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for rural delivery .


We are a New Zealand based company. We dispatch all of our stock from our HQ based in Christchurch, NZ. Orders placed before 9am NZ time (2pm California time) will be dispatched the same day. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. We will process refunds within 10 working days of receiving your products back to us. The refund is the full cost of the Shakti products being returned, excluding shipping. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the costs incurred returning the item to us. When returning or exchanging an item please include a note with your name and order number. For exchanges - also state the item you wish to exchange for (this item must be of equal product value). We will send out the exchange product within 10 working days of receiving it back, providing it is in stock.

Please note: This applies to Shakti products bought directly through the shaktimat.co.nz and shaktimats.com.au websites only. Products bought from any of our retailers are not eligible for returns or exchanges directly with Shakti Mats. In the circumstance you are wanting to return/exchange a Shakti product that has been purchased through one of our retailers - this must be arranged directly with the specific retailer and will be subject to their own return & exchange policies. 

Faulty Items

If a spike has become unattached and is missing, please give us an email and we will arrange replacement spikes. If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur if you need to return the item/s back to us. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us – we want you to be happy!

Wrong Items

If there has been an error in your order, please contact us and we will send out the correct item you ordered along with a return slip + courier bag for you to return any incorrect items.

Order Changes

Changes to your order are unable to be made once your order has been fulfilled.

Discount Codes

In the event of a sale, only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be used retrospectively (once an order has already been placed).

Out of Stock Items

If you see an item listed as ‘Out of Stock’, this means the product is currently out of stock but likely due in soon. Enter your email on the product page to sign up for notifications. You will automatically be notified via email as soon as the product is available for purchase. Please contact us if you need an ETA.

Happiness Bags

All Happiness Bags are sold separately from our Shakti Mats, and must be added to your order if you are wanting to purchase. They are available for $5 in the shop section of our website.


Unless otherwise stated, our giveaways are open to residents of New Zealand and Australia only. All winners are randomly selected. Winners will be notified by email or Facebook Messenger where possible, or announced on our Facebook page or Instagram. We will never share your information or use it for any other reason than contacting winners.



As a wholesaler/retailer, in the rare case you would like to return any Shakti products purchased for wholesale - this may be done within 60 days of receiving your order. This is providing the goods are in the same condition as when received, and have not previously been sold to, or used by a customer. The refund is the full wholesale cost of the Shakti products being returned, excluding shipping. Postage costs will not be refunded for the costs incurred returning the item to us. In the situation whereby items you have received from us have been faulty, please get in touch with our team via email.
