I collected this on my way to work & popped it straight onto my desk. I've had plenty of questions & comments about it, but more importantly,, am finding it very therapeutic to use. You can definitely feel the tingle running it between hands & on forearms & the weight of feels good too. Very glad I bought it (now I just need to start using my shakti mat!)

I’m used to the release and relax of my Shakti mat so wasn’t expecting the sharpness of the wonder ball on my neck and shoulders. But a bit of practice and now it is quite as lovely as the mat in releasing tension. Just very targeted. Lovely on hand and arms too but my neck and shoulders are really loving it. I've had my Wonderball for the past two weeks, and I absolutely love it! Placing it on the floor to roll under my feet has really improved my struggle with plantar fasciitis. Rolling it over my forehead, sides of my neck, and shoulders has relieved a great deal of tension that I accumulate throughout the day. I've used the Shakti mat for the past three years, and that too has been invaluable in keeping my overall wellness balanced. My time on my mat is a daily treat to myself.
