Where acupuncture uses needles to pierce the skin, acupressure uses spikes to press against it. The key difference with a Shakti Acupressure Mat is that you can activate multiple acupoints in as many seconds as it takes to lie on them, and you don’t need to book an appointment either.

Very happy with the shakti mat. I already had the advanced level 3 mat and using it every evening, 20 min before I go to sleep. My sleeping improved because of the deep relaxation in the muscles. I was looking for a step up and there for bought the new level 4 mat. It is good but I was expecting more from it.

This mat is brilliant !
Straight away you can feel it working,from initially a powerful tingling sensation which then moves on to throbbing and eventually settles down after that and becomes a joy to lie on.
I fell asleep on it the second time I used it.
This level 4 mat is not for tha faint hearted but is brilliant.

It smells like vomit and bile? Not sure how I’m sposed to get that smell off it because the cushion inside has ‘DO NOT WASH’ on it. How do I make it not smell like puke pls
