Great tool, bought it for my legs & it’s great. Also love it on my head & feet. I have a shakti mat & pillow so well used to the spikes. My husband calls them my instruments of torture. What does he know :);)

I was excited for the ball. It feels heavy and is supposedly brass. However I find the construction to be flawed. Some spikes looked blunted and others seemed to snap and grab resulting in an uneven experience.
