    Still getting used to it but love how I feel after

    I got about 10 minutes down on a level 3 and I still feel like a wimp laying down, but I feel so relaxed after. Also works great on stomach and feet. 5 stars ⭐️

    the best sleep and meditation aid

    I bought this for my partner, because we have both fallen in love with it to help get us to sleep. The trouble was he kept falling asleep on mine, so I never got a go! I have trouble getting off to sleep sometimes, as my head can keep thinking and my body can feel quite tense. I put the mat on my bed and then lie on it. I can feel my body unwinding and back muscles relax and my mind goes quiet - before I know it I'm asleep! I absolutely love it and added a pillow to make the experience even better and give my scalp a bit of attention. Now I can't be without my mat and pillow!
