I absolutely love my weighted wrap. It’s great inside the mat but I also love the feel of the warmth and the weight when wrapped around my neck and shoulders. As it’s bigger than most heat packs it gets into more areas and soothes away any tight spots … it’s wonderful!!!!!

It's a well made headband and does what you can imagine. It's helped me relieve tension in the forehead as well as reversing it to relieve tension on the back of the head. If you are hoping to wear it for jaw tension, it may be a bit short if you have a longer head.
